These terms apply when you use the Nexa Web Development website (nexawebdev.com) or engage us for services. By using our website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

We provide website design, development, CRM integrations, marketing funnels and related services. The exact scope, price and timeline for your project will be set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

• Give us accurate information and respond to requests in a reasonable time.
• Only send us content, such as logos, photos and text, that you own or have permission to use.
• Don't misuse our website, forms or onboarding links, for example by sending spam or harmful files.
• Keep your private onboarding link confidential.

Fees and payment terms are listed in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

You keep ownership of all content you provide. Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content we create for you. We keep the right to reuse our general tools, code libraries and know-how, and to show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Our free website audit is an automated report for general guidance only. It is not a guarantee of search rankings, traffic or results.

We work hard to deliver high-quality work, but we can't guarantee that any website will be error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
